How Does the $3,000 Per Year Work? 

It's simple.  On your first sale each year, you pay $3,000 + $149 to the company.  After that, you receive 100% of the commission - $149 per transaction. 

And with our Referral Plan, if you refer 5 agents, the $3,000 per year fee is waived.  Yes, you read that right.  It's waived so you only pay $149 per transaction and keep the rest on every home you sell.

Are there any other fees?  We don't charge any other fees.  No E&O, No Monthly Fees, No Desk Fees, No Franchise Fees, No Technology Fees, and No Surprises! 

What if I don't sell any homes?  If you don't sell any homes the $3,000 isn't paid.

Does the per year fee reset every January or from when I joined?  The per year fee runs 12 months from the day you join.
