How Does the Referal Plan Work?

It's easy.  Just tell other agents you know or have worked with about Success Brokerage. The more agents you refer, the less you pay. 

• Refer 5 agents and pay only $149 per sale! 
• Refer 10 agents and pay $0 (you keep every dollar of the commission)!

Do I pick the plan I want? You don't need to do anything. The plan is automatic. Every agent begins with the Standard Plan. When you refer 5 active agents you then pay only $149 per sale.  When you refer 10 active agents you then pay $0.  

Are the fees waived for just 1 year?  No, the fees are waived for as long your agent referrals remain active. An agent is considered active when they remain part of our brokerage and sell at least 1 home per year through us.

Do I have to refer all agents in one year?  No, you can refer agents anytime.  Refer 3 agents this year, 2 the next year, or 10 in one year.  It's up to you.  

What happens if a referral leaves or isn't active?  We're confident few agents will ever want to leave a plan this good.  But should one of your referrals leave Success Brokerage or isn't active, your total referrals are reduced by that number.  If you go below 5 active referrals you then pay the per year and per sale fees ($3,000 year + $149 per sale).  If you go below 10 active referrals you would just pay the per sale fee ($149). 

How many agents can I refer?  You can refer as many agents as you like. 

How do you know if I referred an agent? We track every agent who joins Success Brokerage and who referred them.  We then automatically recalculate your total # of referrals.
