1. Clients prefer it. We live in an instant gratification society.  Clients don't want to drive clear across town to meet at an office. Clients prefer to meet at the home they want to buy or sell. Give them what they want.
2. Save precious time.  Driving just 15 minutes to the office means you spend over 2.5 hours a week commuting.  That's over 100 hours a year — or another 2 1/2 weeks of time each year — you could be spending with your family, vacationing, or doing other things you enjoy.
3. Saves you money.  Offices are expensive. Someone has to pay for the building, utilities, and upkeep.  And that someone is you.  Brokerages pass this expense on to their agents so your paychecks are smaller.  We don't have any costly offices so we pass this savings on to you.
