Her #1 goal is to handle the required paperwork so you don’t have to and is available to answer your questions via phone, text, or email.
Service Packages
Bronze Package ($99): Includes the following services:
- Organize your entire transaction file
- Ensure all required CalBRE & Broker disclosures & forms are provided & completed
- Verify all signatures & initials on documents
- Coordinate commission disbursement forms so you get paid directly from escrow
- Make e-copies of the Broker file at closing & retain for 3 years (required by CalBRE)
- Upload all files to Paperlesspipeline so you can easily monitor the entire transaction
Silver Package ($250): Includes all Bronze Package services, plus the following:
- Order NHD Report
- Order Home Warranty (if necessary)
- Track deadlines per contract & send reminders
- Troubleshoot transaction closing issues
Gold Package ($600): Includes all Bronze and Silver Package services, plus the following:
- 100% Full service
- Prepare all required CalBRE & Broker disclosures & documents (you don't have to prepare any paperwork!)
- Obtain all required Client, Agent, & Broker signatures electronically (no more chasing down clients or agents for signatures!)
- Email all required documents to your Client, both Agents, Broker, & Escrow (it's like having your own personal assistant handle everything for you!)
