Frequently Asked Questions
- What disclosures do I need? Once you complete the transaction questionnaire your assigned TC will provide the disclosures/forms you need. Simply log into in your CAR Zipformsplus account and they'll be there waiting for you.
- Do you offer TC services? We offer a range of transaction coordinator services. When you start a new transaction you will be able to select what services you need.
- May I use my own TC? Yes, but they must comply with our disclosure requirements. Learn more.
- What if I have questions? Your assigned TC will assist you with any paperwork questions.
- How and when am I paid? Get paid directly from Escrow, often the same day as closing (if all paperwork is completed and approved 5 days prior to closing)! Otherwise, we will mail you a check once your paperwork is received and approved.
