How much do signs costs?  Pricing is controlled by a local sign vendor and may be slightly different than below.  Verify all pricing before you place an order.

• Open house arrow:  $27 (QTY - 5)

Helpful Tip:  For each rider you purchase, order at least 2 sign clips to attach it to the sign post or another rider.

How do I order new signs?  Call Excel Signs (1229 Hoblitt Ave # A, Clovis, CA) at 559.298.6028.  Tell them you're from Success Brokerage and specify what type of sign you need (yard, rider, or open house), the material (aluminum or corrugated), how many of each sign, and that you want the holes pre-drilled 2" from the edge (if you order corrugated signs ask for hole grommets).  They'll take it from there.

What's the difference between the sign materials?  

• Aluminum - The most durable and best quality sign, but it's more expensive.
• Corrugated - More budget friendly, but far less durable.

What types of signs can I order?  You can order the following:

• Yard sign
• Agent info rider which includes your name, phone, and DRE # (now required by DRE)
• Standard rider (e.g., SOLD, POOL, etc.)
• Open house sign
• Open house arrow sign

Can I create my own custom signs?  Yes, speak with your sign provider about the cost and process.  Make sure you adhere to all of DRE's advertising regulations.  If your signs are not compliant you will have to redo them at your own expense.  See the Policy & Procedure Manual for details.
