How Does Referral Rewards Work?
It's easy. Tell other agents about Success Brokerage. The more agents you refer, the less you pay.
- Refer 5 agents: Pay only E&O. Your annual fee is waived (SAVE $2,990 year).
- Refer 10 agents: When you sell a home you keep every penny! Your annual fee and E&O are waived.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your fees are eliminated for life (as long as you and any referrals remain active in Success Brokerage and sell at least one home per year).
Refer agents whenever you want. Now, later, or all at once. It's up to you.
When a new agent joins Success Brokerage, our brokerage paperwork asks who referred them. All they need to do is list your name.
Alli Agent refers 5 agents to Success Brokerage so her annual fee is waived (she just pays E&O when she sells a home). Over time, Alli refers 5 more agents for a total of 10 agents. Alli then keeps every penny of every home she sells for life. It's that easy and powerful.
Your total referrals are reduced by one for each agent that leaves or isn't active. For example, if you referred 5 agents and one retired you would still have 4 active agents in the Referral Reward program.

There are all kinds of ways you can refer agents and eliminate your brokerage fees for life. Here are some tips & suggestions, but get creative and use whatever method you like:
WHO? You can refer any licensed agent in the Fresno MLS. That includes former colleagues, those you know at other brokerages, agents you've worked with on past transactions, or people you know who are getting their license.
WHAT? Tell agents what you love best about Success Brokerage. Is it the instant pay raise? Perhaps our Agent Success Academy? Referral Rewards? Whatever your reasons, just share them.
WHEN? Put it on your calendar and make it a priority to spend 10 minutes a day reaching out to other agents. In no time you'll be on your way to eliminating brokerage fees forever.
WHERE? You can share Success Brokerage over coffee, at an open house, via social media, email, a text message, & on the phone, etc.
WHY? When you don't pay brokerage fees you can travel, splurge on fun things, grow your real estate business, or even start building your own wealth / saving for retirement.
