Is the $3,000 annual fee waived just for this year?  No, it's waived every year as long as a total of 5 of your referrals remain active, i.e., they each sell at least 1 home per year. 

Do I have to refer all 5 agents in 1 year?  No, you can refer agents anytime to count toward your 5 referrals.  Refer 3 agents this year, 2 the next year, or all 5 in one year.  It's up to you. 

Can I refer more than 5 agents? Absolutely.
