Meet the Professor of Success

At the age of 5, Dr. McMillen's family struggled financially living on welfare.  Seeking a better life, his mother commuted 100 miles a day to attend college, earned her degree, and started teaching others about the importance of education.

Following his mother’s example, Dr. McMillen has received four college degrees (Ph.D., Law Degree, Masters, and Bachelors with minors in English, Philosophy, and Business).  He is a nationally recognized professor, author, and researcher who has presented around the world.  He specializes in teaching others how to achieve their career goals.  He has helped thousands of people achieve more earning him the name, “the Professor of Success.”

Dr. McMillen’s career extends beyond the classroom into real estate where he has been an innovative broker for over a decade. 

Dr. McMillen and his wife, Dr. Rebecca McMillen, live in California with their two daughters whom they adopted from foster care at the ages of 6 and 12.  He considers his family to be his greatest success. When he isn’t teaching, you’ll find him in the Sierra Mountains or visiting family in Australia.
